For people who wish to reconnect and strengthen the
connection with
their inner self. The Neo Humanist Foundation of Thailand
organizes 10-day yoga retreats in a serene natural environment.

Location
Ananda Shyama Retreat Center is
beautifully located in the quiet, lush-green rainforest of Chumporn province,
south Thailand.
 
It is a simple rural setting of untouched natural
surroundings, with a cascading stream babbling through. Ranong, the nearest
city, is one hour away. The retreat is 10 km off of the main road. The silent
solar energized retreat center is the ideal place for meditation and
self-realization.
Program
In order to clean up the body and soul the first day will be
fasting, followed by a strictly vegetarian diet. The program mainly consists of
classes on yoga and meditation, given by trained yogis. There will be ample time
to practice and strengthen the inner self. One day will be spent on the beach,
trekking or rafting, according to the season.
Prices and registration
The retreat is run from the 21st. to the 30th. day of
each month. The Price for the retreat is 450 US$ (420 US$ per person for groups

The Neo Humanist Foundation
The Neo Humanist Foundation has been registered in
Thailand since 1993. It is a non-profit organization, teaching yoga and health
and providing community services. Among the social service programs in Thailand
there are 3 children homes. These homes nurture over 80 homeless or neglected
children, 15 of which live at “Ananda Shyama” itself. All profits from the
retreats go directly to these community service projects.
